Geofencing not working secure app

Hallo,

just opdated to Arlo Secure.

now does my activity zones and geofencing not work anymore.

is there a solution for this?

I have tried everything, resetting, making new schedules and on off settings.

Geofencing, sometimes it can register that I’m coming home but not leaving and it will be turned off in settings at some point. This will happen no matter how many times I turn it back on.

i have tried on a older iPhone and on my iPad, no difference.

i was happy with Arlo before this **bleep**ty secure app. And I wish that I could go back to the old one. That I think will solve this issue.

I have been reading lots of topics with these issues and some goes years back, can it really be that hard to solve!?

I’m thinking of throwing all my Arlo in the bin and go for another brand. Because this is key features that don’t work!

What camera model do you own?

Do you have an Arlo Secure subscription?

Can you post screenshots of your automations? Blur out the details on the geofencing map.
