    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've tried to log onto my arlo secure account from my new phone. It sends a request to my old phone - '&lt;STRONG&gt;trusted device&lt;/STRONG&gt;' but this does nothing to accept the approval on my new phone. I've tried logging into my account from my laptop but this too is no longer recognised as a trusted device.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am in a loop of 'too many requests' or 'unknown error'&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have shut down everything&amp;nbsp; (laptop, and both phones)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have updated all software&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have cleared cache but can't solve the problem. Can you help please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
