Can you try to go to the Video Doorbell settings where the Chime is paired then go to Chime Settings where you can select the list of Melodies, adjust the Chime Volume by moving the slider?

The latest in this Arlo farce is that in the latest app released for Android, you can't trust Arlo chimes (first generation) - no sound. This another in the long list of very poor delivery in terms of what this system offers.

@. Are you guys notembarrassed for the Arlo products and how poor quality they are, and what your team deliver, or rather not?

PS still waiting on the other things to be fixed (2k/4k streaming) etc etc etc more recently not being able to pause recordings, and now the above.

Thanks

Hi Shayne

Thank you!

I have an audio doorbell back in operation and one can adjust the volume of the chines by going into 'chine settings'. It's strange, though, that one can't do that by going into respective chimes. Obviously, intuitively, one goes there in the first place to move the sliders.
