Camera not recording unless smart notification is on again

It appears this issue has reappeared and it's very frustrating. We no longer have videos record of anything that is not turned on for smart notifications. We tested this and if we turn off vehicle for smart notification, there will be no recordings. As soon as we turn it on, vehicle recordings will resume. This is very frustrating because we want these recordings, we just don't want to be notified every time a car drives by the house. Arlo, please fix this (again) and revert back to how it was before.

We’re experiencing the same issue. Talked to support multiple times but it’s obviously an issue on Arlo’s end.
