Android version: 14
Smartphone: Samsung S22 (2x)
Arlo version: 5.2.2_28766&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Normal behavior would be If you get a push notification on the lock screen and tap it with your &lt;BR /&gt;finger, the Arlo app starts with the corresponding video. As with all other push notifications &lt;BR /&gt;from other apps, such as Whatsapp etc. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But:&lt;BR /&gt;If you now tap on the message, nothing happens except that you go from the lock screen to the &lt;BR /&gt;start screen of the Smartphone. Either you have to start the app manually and select the video, &lt;BR /&gt;or you can pull down the notification from the start screen and start the recorded video. &lt;BR /&gt;Then the app opens. &lt;BR /&gt;No longer via the lock screen after a notification. This can be reproduced using my wife's &lt;BR /&gt;Smartphone. She also has a Samsung S22 with the same Android and Arlo App Version. The App was &lt;BR /&gt;uninstalled cleanly for testing. Cache and Data also deleted. &lt;BR /&gt;All other apps that send push notifications, like E-Mail, Whatsapp and other Apps can be opened &lt;BR /&gt;as usual via the lock screen. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Uninstalled, cleared cache, etc. &lt;BR /&gt;The "Show at beginning" option in the Android settings was disabled &lt;BR /&gt;for me and my wife after the update. That briefly solved the problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/PRE&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the query.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem has been solved. For some reason, after an Arlo update, my wife and I had the "Show at top" option disabled. I don't know the exact English wording in Android.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that it worked as it should. Then the problem started again, only different this time. As described in the other thread. again after an Arlo update.&lt;BR /&gt;The “Show at beginning” option is activated for us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
