    <description>We signed up on Arlo.com but my wife did it under her log in and I am primary so it does not show up in my Arlo app as I am subscribed. I even changed her profile to an admin status</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We signed up for Arlo secure but my account shows no subscription, can’t call as I can not find a number for Arlo anywhere. This is lousy service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The cameras are in your account (no matter what status you give her), and the subscription is in hers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Options are to&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Cancel her subscription and re-subscribe on your account.&amp;nbsp; You will lose one month's subscription cost if you do this.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Remove the cameras (and bases if you have them) from your account, and then re-onboard them to hers.&amp;nbsp; Then share the cameras back to your account.&amp;nbsp; More work for you, but saves one month subscription cost.&lt;/LI&gt;
