      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've searched and read help and related past threads here on this topic such as&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000063286/How-to-access-your-Arlo-Secure-subscription-billing-history-invoice-and-receipt" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/000063286/How-to-access-your-Arlo-Secure-subscription-billing-history-invoice-and-receipt&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;without success.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had an Arlo plan covering my mother's house earlier this year which I canceled after she passed and her house was sold.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm trying to get access to those past invoices.&amp;nbsp; I can login to my Arlo account but since I don't currently have a plan, neither the app nor webpage allow me to access any prior details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo also never emailed me any invoices so I don't have that history either, just the charges on my card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get my past billing details?&amp;nbsp; As they say 'to add insult to injury' the Arlo chatbot / help app says&amp;nbsp;I am 'ineligible' for live support since I don't have a plan and I only get messages like "&lt;SPAN&gt;After reviewing your account, it appears that you are not entitled to live agent support." and "Arlo service plan subscribers have priority access to live agent support."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance for any assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
