      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my husband granted me access. I accepted the access via the email and created an account. But the access is still showing as “pending” in his app and I cannot see any devices when I login to the app on my phone. What could we be missing please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
