      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should try to chat with them, after chatting with the bot they may let you contact an agent. Or message them on Facebook, or Instagram. Mine was pending and I locked the online payment so when Arlo checked the payment, they confirmed that it would be bound back to my card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have already contacted my bank and ordered a new card but they told me to reach out to you guys to get a refund for the unauthorized charges. I was charged twice for $42.79.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
