&lt;P&gt;To contact support, navigate to Settings &amp;gt; Support using the Arlo app, from there you can open a ticket with the support team.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to provide a screenshot of what you're experiencing? This may help us better understand the issue so we can offer assistance here on the community.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>I pay for a subscription but I still don’t have access to the customer support number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve had my cameras for over three years now and I’ve never had a problem but all of a sudden the app is saying my cameras won’t connect with my wifi, but for some reason it’s connected on my “home” app and not the Arlo security app. And like I said in the description I PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION and I can’t get access to the phone number!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
