Which of the plans covers live alerts from the cameras even when the alarm is off?

Do you mean when the home security system is off?

The cameras can be set to alert you all the time. There are three modes - Armed Home, Armed Away, and Armed Standby. You can edit all three, to make sure they all result in sending you notifications when they detect motion.

Note this does not need a subscription.

But if you want recordings, activity zones, or smart notifications then you either need Arlo Secure, Arlo Secure Plus, or Save & Secure Pro.

Go to Arlo.com, select "security plans" and then select "compare plans" to see what they cover. They are a bit different in different countries, so it's best to check on your own.

Yes, when the home security is off...

I have looked and review my settings, but do not see where I can add this feature to alert me when the system is off. What am I missing?

"OFF" means the system is in standby.

You need to edit the standby mode - adding a rule for each camera you want to alert you. You can tell the system to

notify you and make a recording
notify you without making a recording or
make a recording without notifying you.
