Backing up video for the Q

I have the camera back up working on my base station but the two Arlo Q devices I have are not backing up video like the wireless devices are. Why is this?

I am backing up to a local USB hard drive.

On the Q camera, ONLY the PLUS model takes a back up mem card ( sort of like the backup on the Pro base )

There is a CVR option to record your data 27/7.

Remember that the Q cams hook directly to your wifi and don't go thru the base unit
