is it possible to somehow always let the Arlo Q plus cameras always record on motion/sound, but only trigger notifications during specific day and hours?

for example, during "workhours" dont send notifications, but at night and weekends, always send notificarion on motion/sound.

Yes... you would need to create a CUSTOM mode ( use add a mode ) and turn off the Alerts .... once you have this mode made, you can schedule the ARMED and Custom mode ( without alerts ) whenever each is wanted
