    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after some hours, my cam is still not connected: After reset, I got the Cam-ID: 4N5266S21ED08&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But after this, it always says something like "cannot claim this device".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried it with Android Smartphone and with Win10 on a computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can You please reolve this? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try resetting the camera using the reset button until the camera clicks and the LED flashes amber?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I said, contact support... Usually the problem is the serial number may be locked ot another account and thats why you are unable to reclaim it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
