Is there a way to do a manual firmware update to an Arlo Q Plus camera?

I bought Arlo Q Plus camera that was supposed to be new in box and the cables looked like new and it even had the plastic protection on the front, but I can not get it to connect after trying Wifi and Ethernet (not POE) and even connection it to the same working connector as a working Arlo Q Plus is connected to and connecting my Mac to the same switch as the camera, but it is never found from the Arlo web site or from the Arlo Secure iOS app -> Add New Device.

I even did a "Remove Device" for one of my Arlo Q Plus cameras from the app (I have 5), tried to to connect the new one that failed to find it, plugged the one I removed back in and did the Add New Device which worked.

I have done the full reset several times to the new Arlo Q Plus camera.

So I am wondering if there is a way to do a manual firmware update without having it connected, like maybe with a SD card, in case that would solve the connection issue?

Thanks
