    <description>&lt;P&gt;My camera will no longer connect to the app. It was having problems with being offline so I deleted the device and now can’t add the device back. I have tried resetting it , plugging in again, on wifi and by Ethernet. Nothing is working. Once re-plug in the arlo it goes to solid orange light then goes to purple and the is not responsive. What are some fixes for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you already removed your Arlo Q Plus from your account, you might need to do a factory reset. To do a factory reset, hold the reset button on the side of your Arlo Q for about 10 seconds and you'll hear a click and the front LED will flash. From there, try to sync the camera again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also make sure that your Ethernet cable is working properly and is getting Internet access.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
