Arlo Q Plus addding my 7 day cloud storage after set up

I bought an Arlo Q plus and registered as a new customer on 24/12/2018

I did not add the rolling week of storage when setting it up.

Can i add it on after i have set it up and tested it ?

No need. You automatically get it. You only need to change things if you're upgrading.

All recordings are on the sd card at this time there is NO cloud

In my settings the account is greyed out

Account is just a section heading. The stuff under it are the account settings.

Use the Library tab to see your cloud recordings.
