      <title>Black video after starting live view on android or iOS, can hear audio though</title>

      <description>I have an arlo q plus in my baby's room&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We use it as our baby monitor. As of a few months ago when my wife or I try to live stream we have found that we just see a blank black video screen immediately upon pressing live view. Audio starts but video stays black. Sometimes after about 15 seconds the video begins. Other times it never begins.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Very annoying. Previously we found that video and audio would both start within a few seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This occurs on my android and on my wife's iPhone. We have latest versions of os and app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have a SonicWall tz500 firewall acting as the home router on a fiber optic gigabit Internet connection (Bell Canada has been running PON throughout our city)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rebooting doesn't help. Nothing seems to help.
