    <description>I have a 6 camera Arlo Pro 2 setup currently with no problems. I just purchased a Arlo Q and have tried to set it up but each time I go through the steps it times out with the the tones and goes from blue to orange. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried resetting it, and it is not far from my router.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any thoughts?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Aadalan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you tried doing a factory reset to your Arlo Q by holding the reset button on the side of your Arlo Q for about 10 seconds? You'll hear a click from the camera&amp;nbsp;and the front LED will flash. From there, try to sync the camera again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
