      <title>Getting Status</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Installed my Arlo Q camera a couple of days ago. Everything worked until today. Now I got 'Getting Status' and nothing more. I have reset the camera, unplugged it, change network and unplugged the router. The problem still remains.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Need help!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;System still records but remote access by iphone or Ipad stuck on "getting status" for last several days. Cant get online Chat either as wait for agent for several minutes and then end chat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
