No RMA # from confirmation email

I submitted a ticket to get a warranty replacement for my Arlo Q that stopped working. In the RMA Confirmation email, the information was blank. Trying to open up the RMA Status page brings me to a site that no longer works. Please help!

Make sure you grab the whole URL. If clicking on the URL doesn't work, try right-clicking, copy the URL and paste it into the URL bar.

We've seen this before. The problem is that an incomplete URL is being used. Right-clcik on the link and copy it, then paste it into the Url bar.

The click and copy doesn't work either. Go ahead and try it. Same error page.

The ones I've seen before were a long string, not he short one you pasted. No, this one didn't work for me, either.

When I click on your link, I get an RMA link expired message and to contact support. Have you done that?
