    <description>i think i might be affected all three of my Arlo Q+ cameras that are all on the CVR plan do record non stop like it should however ever since that last update (gee what a mess) not a single one of my Arlo Q+ cameras pick up/Sense any motion detected activity (one of these i got in my front bay window and i would have 200 to 500 pwr day because i live on a very busy road) now i dont get any and i have went through all of the setings to make sure that they were not changed (they weren’t) and in addition i have already done everything that CS is going to tell me to do as well (CS is an absolute joke i wish i would of invested in Nest cameras) i got a warranty on them so their getting returned im not going to be screwed around</description>

      <title>ArloQ + CVR stopped recording to Library</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a couple of ArloQ's. One has the CVR option and the other not. Following all this weeks updates to introduce Smart Notifications&amp;nbsp;(UK) the ArloQ with CVR no longer saves motion detected video clips to the library. When I look at the CVR screen though I can see the green flag&amp;nbsp;when motion occurred&amp;nbsp;and can view what was captured at that time. The non-CVR camera saves vidoes as it always has.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;BUT, no video clip is saved to the library from the ArloQ with CVR.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After various camera&amp;nbsp;reboots, which made no difference, I decided to move the CVR subscription&amp;nbsp;to the other camera. Now the first camera saves clips&amp;nbsp;again, but the other camera with CVR stops!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, it is quite clear that after&amp;nbsp;using CVR with this camera for the last two years, this week has introduced&amp;nbsp;a bug which has stopped it from saving to the library.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have removed my CVR subscription altogether&amp;nbsp;for now until Arlo confirms a fix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Whatever software update that Arlo has pushed out has&amp;nbsp;caused CVR to run in the background but NOT send alerts to user when motion or person etc occurs and additionally NOT send an image to the library. I moved the CVR feature from one camera to another and the problem moved to the new camera and messaging and library was restored to original camera.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm that you are not alone in this issue. My two CVR cameras no longer post or notify me or update the library. Yet the timeline has the motion events fine. I even did the trick of moving them out from being a CVR enabled camera and back again but that did not fix it. I think with all the issues with CVR they best be issuing us refunds or credits.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ok day 4 now with the library for 2 CRV enabled cameras not showing any movement or any notifications from these two cameras. Yet the timeline for both is still showing motion and sound events for both.. All other non CVR work fine and are populating the library.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When are we going to get a fix for this?</description>

      <description>Here’s my advice to you. Cancel CvR!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seriously for two years now people have been reporting similar issues. Arlo does not give a damn. Each year I sign back up and realise the problems are still the same, each year I hope they gonna fix things but I’m always left disappointed</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI the last time my Arlo Q Plus with CVR sent&amp;nbsp;anything to my library was on November 20th.&amp;nbsp; This is despite having more than 290 motion events on the timeline (along with obvious motion on inspection of the footage) since then.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is it Arlo's new policy that CVR motion events no longer go to the library?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd also like to add that the recordings to the microSD card in my Arlo Q Plus with CVR stopped on November 19th.&amp;nbsp; So, not only do the motion events not get captured to the cloud library, the local backup also does not happen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>....that’s probably broken more features than actually fixed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;People detection still doesn’t work neither does animal/ vehicles. Just pointless.&lt;BR /&gt;Worst still notifications is completely random most occasions they don’t even work.&lt;BR /&gt;CVR is still abysmal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Today I’ve reliased I may as well spent money on sending someone to my property every so often to check all is ok. &lt;BR /&gt;Seriously Arlo devices have been useless for way too long now. The basic “detect motion, notify account holder” doesn’t work anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The fact that arlo is claiming all their other smart features work and the fact they still taking money off people knowing full well that CVR or Arlo Smart doesn’t work is criminal</description>

&lt;P&gt;Started at the same time as well. Have tried restets ect. no luck.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anybody from Arlo review this forum? I'd really really like this sorting, its a massive feature loss.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;SAME DAMN PROBLEM HERE! I even went as far as to call tech support and let them know. Heres what i found out. Disabling the CVR plans magically fixes the notification and recording problem. this has to be a firmware problem and "Might" be addressed with an update. For me, im giving it till Dec 16 when the monthly plan renews and if it isnt fixed then ill Cancel the plan! Not going to pay more for a feature thats broken and makes the cameras unusable!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Side note- the new update and smart features are pretty good! I just wished it would work with CVR!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to get a motion activated recording to load into my library by removing the camera from Smart.&amp;nbsp; This is under settings - Manage Arlo Smart, and then clicking on Edit and dragging the camera into the deactivated area.&amp;nbsp; Then I restarted the camera (this was required to get it to work).&amp;nbsp; I am hoping this fixes the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I removed my camera from Arlo Smart, restarted it, and it started working normally again. Perhaps this will work for the Pro 2 as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It may be that Arlo Smart and CVR are not compatible.</description>
