Help With Setting Up a POE Camera System

I would like to replace 2 outdoor hikvision POE cameras (one dome and one bullet) with 2 Arlo cameras- and then add 2 more Arlo POE cameras.

I currently route all my POE through a Linksys 16 port switch and then record all my security triggers on a dedicated server. I use Blue Iris on the server and for some IOS mobile access.

Which camera should I use for this external POE setup?

Is this a straight plug and play? Do I simply plug the CAT 6 into the back of the Arlo camera?

Do I need any other hardware or software to make this work?

Can I link the doorbell into the same configuration? does its also support POE ?

Well, it may not play like you want... the Arlo cameras are cloud based. Even the Q plus which supports POE does not record to a local server (only has a mem card for backup)
