    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did several times. I finally spoke with Arlo Support who says the camera is possibly broken. That I would have to buy another one since it’s not under warranty. That’s not happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo Q use to work.&amp;nbsp; i have removed the device and tried to add again.&amp;nbsp; i have unpluged, reset and dont know what else to do.&amp;nbsp; when im trying to install after scanning the bar code, the camera will make a weird noise and the light goes to amber.&amp;nbsp; seems as if the camera is no good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
