Setting up Arlo Q fails when QR code comes up

When I am going to set up my camera, I am using the android app. When the QR code comes up it is tiny and I am assuming camera can't read it so set up fails. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it is still tiny. What do I do now?

It's always been pretty dang big for me so I tried it again - still big. Do you have another mobile device or a computer to try it with? Sounds like a setting in the phone is increasing the DPI or shrinking graphics (and maybe text?).

I ended up setting the camera up through my pc. Worked great! Thanks!

I ended up calling the help line and they told me to try to set up the camera from my pc. THAT WORKED! The QR code was huge and the camera picked it up, so all is good. Thanks!
