I have a smart subscription on one camera and set a zone however no matter where or what size i set the zone it alerts me whenever it sees motion in any part of the camera.

Is there anyway to adjust the sensitivity of motion, not just zone?

Yes, you must edit the sense level in the mode you are arming with....
