Hello, why is the yellow LED my Arlo Q suddenly constantly on? The camera does not work and resetting it does nothing.

The yellow LED is lit up permanently, which means the camera is booting up, but it never does. I'm very upset.

Define reset - power cycle or use of the reset button. Lots of folks confuse the two. What exactly have you tried? WHat shows up in the app or browser?
