    <description>&lt;P&gt;When offline, be sure to try both the app and a browser - sometimes one has an issue.&amp;nbsp; Of course, a quick power cycle may help, too, although if you need to do that on a regular basis you may need to open a case with support here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Q Keeps Loosing Connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We’ve had our Arlo q for 3 months now. 2 days ago when I opened the app to check the camera it said the camera was not connected to WiFi. I troubleshooted everything. The internet was working the router was working the camera just would not connect. I tried resyncing it with no luck. I ended up removing it and it took 2 tries to add the camera but it finally worked. This morning sure enough it is offline again. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes that is what I ended up doing and then adding the device on the Arlo app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
