      <title>Arlo Q I am unable to update the firmware</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is a lot going on with my Arlo Q. It worked fine for a few weeks, and now, I am unable to update the firmware, It has no base station and does not seem to have any battery power, but, it has a USN cord. Can I update the firmware from my computer if I attach the cameras USB to it? My Arlo Q app is unable to find the device, yet it is connected to something, because, the light is a stable blue: also, I am unable to reset it to factory default. This unit appears to be useless at present. It has not been a full year on the warranty. How do I send this unit back to be replaced?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you tried, in detail? Have you removed the camera from Settings, My Devices? Have you pressed the reset button on the camera until the LED flashes amber?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very unlikely that it's been hacked. Swap the camera at the store or open a case with support here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
