    <description>&lt;P&gt;How did you reset? Try 2 things - remove it from Settings, My Devices as well as holding the reset button for 60 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Q-New unit would not download FW, now won't boot</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New unit....tried to update firmware and it never completed.&amp;nbsp; Now it wont boot even after reset and leaving plugged in over night.&amp;nbsp; any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks...I had tried that.&amp;nbsp; It actually showed up and didn't complete updating and lost contact with router.&amp;nbsp; I removed everything as you suggested, then it hasn't booted back up.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for suggesting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
