topic Protective film in Arlo Q

I bought my Arlo Q a few days ago from best buy. I noticed that my camera did not have the clear plastic film covering the camera lenses like all of the unboxing videos from YouTube did. The packaging was even different than the ones reviewed online. Did I get a camera that was used and returned? Nothing looked out of place and the box was sealed.

It does sound suspicious. It might be worth swapping at the store or at least looking at other packages to see if there was a packaging change between the videos and current product.

That's the thing, every video I have seen shows a different type of packaging. The one that I bought was still packaged in the factory netgear packaging, it just looks as if they changed the packaging but I am unable to verify via YouTube videos. Maybe the new packaging doesnt use the clear protective film? Nothing looked out of the ordinary in the box though. The original bread ties were used for the USB cord also.
