ARLO Q Microphone keeps turning on

Why does the microphone keep turning on when it is turned off in settings and saved? I have allowed one guest but did not give them privileges.

Only thing I can say is

1) make sure you are saving on the exit from the settings ( sometimes the save is on the 'back - out ' page )

2) make a new friend account for yourself ( new email ) and give you the same options as your current user and test how much control you have.
