    <description>&lt;P&gt;totally lost&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; first, what is the customer support number&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; second,entered network name and password off my router and did the scan screen with arlo q off my computer screen, so that's where I am&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it said couldn't make connection&amp;nbsp; third, so no hint what to do next&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; anyone else out there?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; if you are thinking about buying this thing, think again&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like virtually any product website, you can use the Support links for help. &amp;nbsp;It's at the top of every page here. &amp;nbsp;From there you can contact support with various options as well as find FAQs and manuals such as this one for the Q:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for you initial connection, the usual problem is that the SSID and/or passphrase has characters not recognized by the Q firmware. Check the FAQs for the one about special characters. &amp;nbsp;It's also possible that you're not using a supported encryption method - WPA2 works fine but WPA does not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
