Camera Recording Time

My Arlo Q keeps changing my recording times. For Example: When I look at a recording in the Library it says the recording is 00:47. But when I click on the recording to view it, the length or the recording changes to 6:24:16. The video will freeze on 00:47 but the timer will keep going for the entire 6:24:16. It does this on every recording in my library. When I download the video to save, it will download the entire 6:24:16 video and the file is huge. How do I fix this?

It seems like a lot of people are having this problem since the latest firmware release.

I am Sure Arlo is aware of it, but you could contact Customer Support at the green banner below.

Keep looking for solutions to this problem over the next few days.

I've escalated this topic to engineering for further investigation. I will provide an update when I have more information.
