Hi everyone
I brought 2 arlo q cameras in october. 1 was a arlo q and the other arlo q plus.
Since the 24th of this month the recorded clips for both cameras are glitchy. The time display for my recordings usually say between 20 secs - 1 minute for each clip, but its now says times like 1:12:56 even though its still a short clip.
So it displays strange times like 1 hour plus but will still play for around 20 seconds.
All of this stops me from scrolling throughout the video clip, which i usually do to save me watching whole recordings.
The sound is also delayed for the recorded clips. Live mode seems fine its just the recorded clips that are not working.
I going to restart both cams soon to see if it resolves it but i just wanted to know if its a app issue or a camera issue. Just seems strange that it happens to both of them at the same time.
