      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any recording in the library can be easily downloaded using the download capability when viewing the video. &amp;nbsp;If you need to capture a portion of the CVR stream, you need additional software to do this. &amp;nbsp;I have a couple of packages that I use for photo editing (Corel Paintshop Pro X9) and disc recording (Roxio NXT 3) that have screen capture software as part of the package. &amp;nbsp;While I haven't tried free software, a quick Google on "windows screen recorder" gave a variety of results, including this one:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Start the software and then start playing back the CVR with full screen. &amp;nbsp;Click the record button for the software and keep it going for however long you need. &amp;nbsp;That will provide a video that can be presented to the police.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
