Download Arlo Q Timeline Recording?

Someone please tell me there's a way to downalod a clip of the video recordings from an Arlo Q. I have the CVR option and have video of a thief stealing in my store! I need to share the clip with the police but not sure how I can download the video!?!?

Any recording in the library can be easily downloaded using the download capability when viewing the video. If you need to capture a portion of the CVR stream, you need additional software to do this. I have a couple of packages that I use for photo editing (Corel Paintshop Pro X9) and disc recording (Roxio NXT 3) that have screen capture software as part of the package. While I haven't tried free software, a quick Google on "windows screen recorder" gave a variety of results, including this one:

Start the software and then start playing back the CVR with full screen. Click the record button for the software and keep it going for however long you need. That will provide a video that can be presented to the police.
