I have an Arlo Q and only experience 1 issue so far.

If I save a video from my library I noticed that for about 5 sceonds the video is frozen and then it begins to play

It may be the player.... is it IOS ?

VLC player ( free) works very well with the videos

It's android and I am using the default Photos app

Again, try VLC.
