Arlo Q Shared links iOS issue - wont play

The Arlo Q shared links to the cloud videos have been working fine on previous iOS 10. I recently upgraded to the iPhone X with iOS 11.2 and now the shared links are no longer able to play. You can share the links and it loads fine on safarai. The issue is that the video loads like a static image where you can not click play. Anyone else having this issue?

I was able to find a quick solution to make the play button appear. Once the link loads, click on the "pause" button and it will activate the play button. Odd bug and should be fixed.

I would UNinstall the app and then REinstall it
