&lt;P&gt;You indicate you have reset the Arlo Q. You will also need to remove it from Settings &amp;gt; My Devices before attempting to add the camera back to your account, have you done this?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo Q not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my arlo used to work. I got a new router from my isp and now it wont work. The camera itself will connect to my wifi, the light on it is a solid blue. The app on my phone will not discover my device. I have opened port 443 on my router with tcp and still it will not discover it. I have done a hard reset and it still does not work. Any adivce? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
