I have 4 Arlo Q's and 3 of them are working fine. the 4th camera is no longer working. (i purchased the cameras about 10 months ago).

At this point I have turned the camera of/off a few times(unplugged), I have also performed a factory reset, by holding the reset button for 10 seconds. This camera is still can't be discovered. Since the other 3 cameras are working fine on the network I am assuming the 4th camera is the issue.

Any thoughts? do i need to return the camera? is it still covered by a warrenty, i hope so since it's not even a tear old.

cheers,

paul
