What is the deal? Is this an intermittent server issue? I frequently have one camera live while the other isn't. Sometimes both have the video go out but the audio still works. I'm trying to monitor my elderly mother, so this is totally unacceptable. The video feed says "Please wait..." for several minutes, then says camera can't connect. Is this an Arlo thing or something going on with my wi-fi?

If one is working fine but not the other, it's not a server issue. It would seem to be more likely that it's a WiFi connection issue. Hula's question is whether you see a purple LED indicating a weak signal. You can try swapping the cameras around to see if the issue stays with the camera or the location.
