I set up fingerprint login on my Nexus 5X. When I open app: Most commonly it goes into app without fingerprint or password Rarely, it actually asks for fingerprint. About once every 10 weeks it says "session expired" and refuses to login with the fingerprint. Is this ever going to be fixed? I tried to log support request but get stuck in an endless Please add this information loop, (after I have added the requested information , which is listed by the request form page anyway)

If you check often enough, the session is still open so no login is required. I'm not exactly sure of how long the period is - I think it's about 10 minutes but haven't tested.

I have the exact same issue now with the andriod app on samsung s8. I even reset the phone and still the same issue.
