topic Arlo Q not detecting motion after camera next to it does in Arlo Q

An Arlo Q camera has become unavailable, disconnected from internet and stopped recording reliably on motion. The camera next to it does. It records the beginning of an event, stops and then fails to record an event immediately after. Is there a reason for this and how would I fix it & stop it happening ever again. Thank you.

First and easiest thing to do first is ( you don't say what the second cam is )

1) do a reset on the Q camera or both

2) do a reboot on the base unit for the second camera
