      <description>Arlo app is 2.4.3&lt;BR /&gt;Camera Firmware is 1.8.3.1_13001&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Both are up to date as I can't find any updates in Apple Store for my iPhone and the firmware camera is telling me it's up to dat. The problem is live view isn't working. I have full bars with my camera connecting to the router and the camera system information is loaded onto my app for me to change and edit. So when I press on live view it won't go live. It just go back to the icon for live view.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Usu the answer is to uninstall and reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;you could also go to the Arlo web site on a PC to verify that it is not an Arlo issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I just hit “restart” in the Arlo App and it came back online. No need to delete, reinstall, reset to factory defaults ect, ect.</description>
