Is this still not resolved? it is now 2017. I just switched out my Arlo Netgear for the ArloQ as the Arlo netgear didn't have an option i needed the most. But Arlo had multiple logins and now we dont have it

When swapping to or adding a new device, you can add the new device to your existing Arlo account (using the same login). Can you give us more details on the issue you are describing?

I mean, login from my husband phone to check on an alert will result in kicking me off my app.

The same thing that worked on the wireless cameras works for the Q cameras, too. Use Settings, Grant Access.
