    <description>Also you want to make sure it is the camera and not the power adapter / cable. Is it possible to test swap camera / power adapter / cable.&lt;BR /&gt;Then contact the retailer for a replacement.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have 5 cameras. One went off line have tried to reinstall it several times even tried to do factory reset but the light never comes back on! And I can't get it to work. Does this possible mean the camera has given up the ghost?? Has anybody had any luck with warranty on a fairly new camera with netgear and a possible replacement?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No LED lights at all? Probably need it replaced. If you can take it back to the retailer, that's easier, otherwise you can Contact Support at the bottom of the page and do a live chat with an agent and get an RMA number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
