Arlo Q won't sync

I can't get my Arlo Q to sync with the base station. I have 3 wireless cameras that are already synced. I have tried to reset the Q (holding the reset button for a solid 10 sec) but it refuses to sync. Help!

The instructions don't say a thing about the Q using a base. They step you through connecting to your home WiFi instead. RTFM.

The Arlo Q should NOT be connected to a base station.
To set up your Arlo Q select Arlo Q in the app and connect it directly to yor WiFi network.
