Arlo Q issue scanning QR code

I can't seem to get the Arlo Q to scan the QR Code for set up from the Arlo app. Any suggestions?

Use the reset button until the LED flashes amber and try again.

dababy57,

Press and release the sync button on the side of the camera. The LED should start flashing blue indicating it is ready to scan the QR code. You should then face the lens of the camera 6-8 inches away from the QR code. Are you still having trouble?
