The only video setting is Night Vision.

I used to be able to set up Activity zones and motion detection.

Are those removed from Arlo Q?

No, still there.... go to SETTINGS>Qcam, hit > to edit, go to VIDEO SETTINGS, click > to edit

Its at bottom of page , below the snap shot you take to use for zones

Thank you. Luckily, the home computer shows everything correctly but work computer only showed the Night Vision option which was odd.
