    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using my arlo q at one location and it worked great. Now trying to move it to another location and it will not hook uo to the wifi. I have tried resetting the unit and that did not help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You can use Settings be, My Devices, your camera to change networks. If you've really reset the camera using the reset button until the LED flashes amber, be sure to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and start fresh.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have removed the unit from My Devices so it will be a fresh start and reset the device still with no luck getting it to connect to wifi&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you spell the SSID exactly as it appears including lower/upper case and that our are choosing&amp;nbsp;the right SSID.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Older versions of the firmware for the Arlo Q did not like special characters in the SSID. I would guess that your Q is up to date?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
